There was a time when blazers meant staff dinner, bright pants meant social-suicide and socks with heels hadn’t even been thought off.
But, it changed!
Thanks to bloggers, street style fanatics and personal stylists, our outlook on fashion changed. We stopped dressing for just dinners and meetings, we started making an effort on how we looked whenever we went out without letting ourselves be over dressed. Our generation has brought many changes to the fashion industry, including bringing these amazing 5 yet adventurous styles to limelight!
Here is our take on how best to incorporate them into your style, your wardrobe too!

1. Blazers; a wardrobe piece previously kept for our boardrooms, it has very gracefully made its way on the street. Best way to style them for a day around town is to couple them with printed silk tops, skinny denims and ballerina flats. Couple them with tuxedo pants and heels for a late night party!

2. Bright pants; who hasn’t got a couple or more of them now? But honestly, a couple of years back how many of you would have thought you would be owning jeans in neon pinks or metallic reds? Not many, right? However, they have become a favourite fashion staple for so many of us and styling them is so much fun!
For styling them in winters, add grey/ houndstooth oversized peacoat and a sharp monochrome shirt with pumps, and it’s a perfect day-to-night look!

3.Oversized sheep-skin coat; furry from inside and soft from outside, these sheep-skin coats are perfect for fighting the cold while keeping your outerwear short and stylish! Couple them with leggings and heeled ankle boots, and dazzle the streets. Add furry beanies or chunky bracelets for that little extra glam!

4. Box clutch; these small, sparkly hand clasps are the way to glam up any look these days. Carry them with a monochrome head-to-toe in skinnies and jacket or use them to spice up your LBD, or even to work your cute, bright skirts-these are your best-friends this season! I carry mine with a knee length houndstooth dress, stockings and flats-without wanting to sound vain, the effect works great!

5. Braids; despite popular belief, side swept braids, braids with buns, braided ponies etc. all these hair dos became popular not due to the red-carpet looks but due to YouTube and fashion bloggers who taught people simple how-tos on them, making them popular by showing us how they are both fashionable and convenient as they keep those long locks managed and gorgeous! These intricate braid-dos look as good while going for a lunch with friends in shorts as they do when being worn to premieres with long, lust worthy gowns!

I hope you love these tips and get inspired by my words!
Don’t forget, what you wear should at the end be who you are! Just make it a presentable version!
Happy styling!
